During post-recession business expansion it was felt that senior managers would benefit from some training in leadership, time management, personal impact and self-awareness skills. Using Sarah’s HR experience and training abilities it was possible to combine this with a search for potential future directors. Amazing 2 days training

Really enjoyed the 2 day training course, learnt a lot and it also reaffirmed that ways I was handling situations was what would have been expected of a Mental Health First Aider. .
Small group but this enabled us all to be more open with each other especially as there were some sensitive subjects discussed throughout the course.
Annie is incredible she is so easy to listen to and has a wealth of expertise that she uses during the course and with this she enabled us all time and space to discuss and share ideas and information.
Loved the fidget toys and snacks Annie shared with us what a great idea.

Mental First Aid at Work Training Course
