Thursday 23rd May , 09:30 – 12:30
Overview
Are you ready to take your management skills to the next level? Would your team benefit from increased autonomy? Do you see a potential for even better performance within your department?
In any organisation or team, coaching and delegation serve as linchpins for productivity, growth, and success. Coaching empowers individuals to reach their full potential by fostering self-awareness, goal setting and skill development. Delegation optimises workloads, enabling teams to work cohesively and efficiently.
Coaching and delegation are integral aspects of management and leadership that can transform workplaces. Effective coaches and delegators inspire confidence, nurture talent, and drive performance, leading to higher job satisfaction and organisational achievements.
This workshop is designed to equip new, aspiring or existing managers with valuable insights and practical techniques to foster growth and productivity in the workplace.

Format
When it comes to delivering online courses, we understand that everyone learns differently, which is why we facilitate a variety of different activities to enhance your understanding of the workshop content.
We encourage open discussion and participation, giving you the opportunity to exchange knowledge, engage in teamwork and work on your communication skills! We want to hear what you’ve got to say, so ask that your cameras and mics are switched on for the session.
You’ll have the chance to work individually and within small break-out groups as we complete a range of exercises including quizzes and polls, ultimately building both your confidence and expertise.
For a more personalised experience and to ensure a truly interactive workshop, we’ve found that group numbers are best kept between 8 and 10 delegates, with no more than 12 spaces being available.

We will provide you with a PDF of the workshop slides, copies of relevant handouts and a list of book recommendations discussed during the session!
