From the initial query regarding this course to its delivery, I couldn’t fault anything. The pre-course information and joining instructions were given in good time and everyone from Loates was friendly, professional and made you warm to them immediately. The course itself was fantastic, the manual and workbook will be used for years to come as it has so much information in it and will become my reference guide for a lot of things. The trainer was brilliant and put everyone at ease for what could potentially be a harrowing course and the attendee interaction was excellent too. I completed my training for this course over two weeks (four sessions) online. It was very detailed and informative. The course was packed with content relevant to Mental Health and the trainers were knowledgeable and very approachable, it was also a very down to earth group.

I felt like I’d accomplished something after the training had finished and I was a lot more confident in knowing I could help someone with the knowledge I’d learnt. I would recommend anyone to do this course.

We recently had the privilege of attending one of their training workshops on the subject preparing for GDPR. The workshop was incredibly well planned and delivered in a comprehensive and engaging manner, the workshop included the supply of valuable assets and documents for attendees to take away and use within their business. I have come away from this workshop feeling far more knowledgeable and prepared for the new GDPR legislation.
