From the initial query regarding this course to its delivery, I couldn’t fault anything. The pre-course information and joining instructions were given in good time and everyone from Loates was friendly, professional and made you warm to them immediately. The course itself was fantastic, the manual and workbook will be used for years to come as it has so much information in it and will become my reference guide for a lot of things. The trainer was brilliant and put everyone at ease for what could potentially be a harrowing course and the attendee interaction was excellent too.
