- Getting the most from you team by using the 3 keys to employee motivation
- Dive deeper into the 3 keys of motivation: purpose, mastery and autonomy
1-day session
All the above plus:
- Cases studies to explore common motivation challenges
- Developing an action plan of practical ways to move your motivation skills forward
