Learners will explore various neurodivergent conditions, gaining insights into the strengths and challenges associated with each. The focus is on fostering awareness, empathy, and a supportive team environment. 

Through a combination of interactive discussions, case studies, and group activities, learners will gain valuable insights in how to embrace neurodiversity and provide a supportive inclusive workplace for all. 

Learning Objectives
