Who is the programme for?
This is a bespoke in person training programme ideal for an organisation who is looking to develop the HR and employment law skills of their managers. The programme provides a consistent framework where managers learn the knowledge and practical skills which you can then build on and embed within your workplace. All programme content will be tailored to mirror your organisations vision, mission and ways of working to ensure all knowledge learnt is relevant and easy to apply in their day to day role. It is aimed at anyone who manages, leads, or supervises a team and is looking to improve and expand their skillset.
What does the programme cover?
The programme consists of a set of core modules which can be supplemented by additional optional modules to build a comprehensive package of management training tailored to the specific needs of your organisation. Each module is a full day of classroom-based training delivered in-person at your workplace.
Core modules
These modules form the core programme, so are priced as a set rather than individually.
The total cost for all six modules is from £7,128.
Which equates to only £594 per delegate, or £99 per delegate per day.
This base price covers up to 12 delegates, and includes a standard amount of requirements analysis, content customisation, delegate resources, training delivery, and instructor travel.

Optional modules
These individually-priced modules are available as optional add-ons to the core programme.
Each additional module costs from £1,188.
This base price covers up to 12 delegates, and includes a standard amount of content customisation, delegate resources, training delivery, and instructor travel.

- pre-programme requirements analysis (four hours per programme)

- in-person training delivery (one day per module)
