“We have recently done the Lunch ‘n Learn 1 hour training session: How to Have Mental Health Conversations. Very beneficial to do with the management team and have that reminder on how to start a mental health conversation, but more so on how ‘normal’ this should be. We should be doing these with 1 in 4 of our staff, if we are in line with the UK health statistics. Also some great tips on signposting the team if they need further support. A very worthwhile 1 hour lunch, packed with useful info.”
