We’ve been around as a company since 2011, with our founders having been based in Derby for nearly 30 years. We’ve seen the amazing changes that the city has undergone since then, and are proud to be part of its future.

Not just a website, a collection of downloadable courses, or an anonymous voice on the phone. Our office is conveniently located at the scenic and historically interesting World Heritage site of Darley Abbey Mills, not far from Derby city centre. That’s it in the picture. Nice, huh?

All the staff involved gave glowing accounts

During post-recession business expansion it was felt that senior managers would benefit from some training in leadership, time management, personal impact and self-awareness skills. Using Sarah’s HR experience and training abilities it was possible to combine this with a search for potential future directors. All the staff involved gave glowing accounts of the way Sarah has improved their management capabilities. Even the management training doubters were won around! Output from the staff exercises and insights from Sarah have been combined with staff performance appraisals to identify directorial talent. Essential and well delivered training

This training is essential for managers and employees who need to have a clear understanding of Mental health and practical structured ways to support their team.
Mental Health First Aid does exactly that.
