I found the mental health first aid training excellent, it was delivered sensitively and professionally, everyone’s points of view were considered and respected. I would thoroughly recommend this training to other voluntary sector organisations.

I attended the two day mental health first aider course , with Annie the teacher who was amazing , very knowledgeable and understanding . would highly recommend this training.

I think the course was really beneficial for my role in the company, however, i thought it could be a bit longer than we had. i would like to have similar kind of courses in terms of management to broaden my experience into managing people better. The interaction with the trainer was good and also the references such as the authors and the clips were outstanding. I would recommend people to get into those kind of courses.

During post-recession business expansion it was felt that senior managers would benefit from some training in leadership, time management, personal impact and self-awareness skills. Using Sarah’s HR experience and training abilities it was possible to combine this with a search for potential future directors. All the staff involved gave glowing accounts of the way Sarah has improved their management capabilities. Even the management training doubters were won around! Output from the staff exercises and insights from Sarah have been combined with staff performance appraisals to identify directorial talent. We will not hesitate to use Sarah’s services again when we need them.

Sarah helped our senior staff with HR and management training. All feedback from staff was positive and I’m sure it wasn’t just because of the chocolate rewards used in some of the exercises!
