Course Content

This course covers:

  • Take the steps needed to deal with an employee who is absent without leave (AWOL)
  • How to hold a return to work interview
  • Identify the key information you need to gain from a medical report and the steps to request this
  • Confidently deal with absences related to mental health or a disability
  • Recognise why and when reasonable adjustments need to take place
