This bitesize learning series consists of a collection of regularly scheduled public courses covering the core elements of management training.
The sessions are suitable both for current managers looking to improve and expand their skill-set, as well as aspiring managers looking to understand more about what the role will entail.
Each one focuses on a different specific area of management, and provides a toolkit of useful knowledge and practical tips you can immediately apply in your own workplace. These sessions can be seen as an introduction to a topic and the start to your own personal management development journey.
For maximum flexibility, sessions are delivered as a 2-hour online webinar by one of our management training experts. This also makes them a particularly cost-effective training solution for those with time and budget constraints.
As each session is self-contained, you’re equally free to book on all of them or just those you’d particularly like to focus on. Likewise, you can undertake them in any order, and at a pace that suits you. Since the sessions are priced per delegate, they’re ideal for individuals and small groups.
If you have larger groups that need training, we can also provide these courses as private sessions exclusive to your organisation, at dates and times that best suit you. Please get in touch with us if you’d like to discuss this option.
