Since on-demand courses only have your delegates attending, we can customise them to be specific to the policies and processes of your organisation, and tailor course lengths and depths to suit your particular needs. I’m a chartered HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Over my career I’ve provided HR advice, support, and leadership to a wide range of sectors and business types, ranging from family-owned micro-businesses to major multinationals. I’m also an experienced trainer, having delivered, amongst other things, the HR industry’s professional qualification for a number of years. And, as you might have guessed, I’m the founding director of Loates HR Consultancy and Loates Management Training!
