Knowing how to deal with poor performance is often a challenge for managers but tolerating poor performance can lead to having a negative effect on the whole team.
Using our HR expertise this session focused on procedures and practices within employment legislation that support you as a manager when tackling underperforming team members.
The training will cover:
- Understand the difference between conduct and capability
- Absence management good practice
- When to escalate matters to HR
- Exploring Performance Development Plans and how to use them
- Why probation periods are important and your role in this time
By the end of the session, you will have knowledge of common HR practices you can implement as a manager dealing with poor performance.
