Course Content
This course covers:
- Take the steps needed to deal with an employee who is absent without leave (AWOL)
- How to hold a return to work interview
- Identify the key information you need to gain from a medical report and the steps to request this
- Confidently deal with absences related to mental health or a disability
- Recognise why and when reasonable adjustments need to take place
