The Employment Rights Act 2025, which became law on 18 December 2025, represents a major overhaul of UK employment law, with key changes being implemented throughout 2026 and 2027. In this session, we will explore what the Act means for employers and business owners, and the practical steps they can take to prepare for its phased introduction.
