Bouncing back from life’s ups and downs can be challenging if we don’t spend the time to take care of ourselves and build our ‘bouncebackability’ toolbox. This session will help you to identify where your stresses come from, how you can cope with them, how you can re-frame your thinking and develop skills and actions to help you to lead a productive, fulfilling life.

Overview

During this session, we will explore the factors that affect personal resilience and your own bouncebackability. We will begin the session building our own bouncebackability boxes that we will then use to note down all of the ways we can boost our resilience and sense of wellbeing. It will act as a reminder of all of the tools that we can use to enable us to bouceback from life’s challenges.

We will also explore where we can find help and support if our usual self-care tools aren’t working. We know that businesses with healthy and happy staff enjoy high levels of staff morale and productivity and, ultimately, enjoy healthy long-term profitability.
