Difficult conversations are a key part of a manager’s role and essential for addressing issues, navigating change, and improving team Delivering results requires clarity, accountability, and the ability to manage performance effectively. This module provides managers with practical tools to support their team to achieve outstanding results.
The training will cover:
- Objective setting frameworks (OKRs, KPIs).
- Setting expectations of performance standards.
- Tools for providing feedback in the moment to address poor behaviours.
- Accountability for team members with regards to poor performance in their role.
- Performance Development Plans and how to use them.
By the end of this module, managers will be able to set clear objectives, manage performance expectations, provide effective feedback, and address underperformance to deliver strong results.
