This session explores the key principles and practical strategies that enable managers to build, develop, and sustain brilliant teams.
We will cover:
- Team roles and the benefit of diverse team roles.
- Learning styles and behaviours.
- Tools to assess individual strengths and development areas.
- Trust and autonomy for delegation and empowerment.
- Motivation and team dynamics.
- Talent management and succession planning, and the role of the line manager.
By the end of this module, managers will be able to build high-performing teams by understanding roles, strengths, motivation, trust, and talent development.
