Module Outline
This module provides a comprehensive foundation in management essentials, helping managers understand key concepts, leadership approaches, and their own style.
The training will cover:
- Leadership vs Management.
- Management Styles.
- Authentic leadership.
- Vision, mission, purpose and values.
- Values-based leadership (personal and organisational).
By the end of this module, managers will understand key management and leadership concepts and be able to reflect on their own values, style, and approach to manage people with confidence.
Module Delivery
This module is delivered in-person as a one-day classroom-based session.
