Have you recently been promoted to a management position? Are you feeling apprehensive about stepping up and adjusting to your new responsibilities? Are you unsure about whether to interact any differently with your team?

During post-recession business expansion it was felt that senior managers would benefit from some training in leadership, time management, personal impact and self-awareness skills.
