No death-by-PowerPoint here
Our face-to-face training is not dominated by PowerPoint. We want to hear what you have to say so we use various individual and group exercises to facilitate the learning rather than the ‘death by PowerPoint’ approach.
The same applies for our online sessions where we utilise interactive tools such as breakout rooms, whiteboard, chat box and annotation to generate discussion and interest. We want everyone on camera and with mics on so we can have group discussions in the same way that we would have if we were face-to-face.
We have been known to get our delegates to juggle to discover how people learn, or we have used Kinder Eggs and onions to demonstrate objective setting, we have used lemons to discuss positions and interests, and we always love a good card sort or case study exercise!
