We broadcast live and direct from our primary online training suite at Loates HQ or one of our satellite studios!

We take your online training seriously, so we’re not trying to deliver it from a laptop over shared wifi in a co-working space! Instead, we’ve invested in all the gear needed to do things properly!

At our primary online studio we have a dedicated superfast fibre broadband leased-line internet connection plus backup power, networking equipment, and internet connectivity. Plus we have the ability to easily switch to any one of several alternative broadcast facilities.

And what’s more, all of our studios have decent mics and cameras, quality lighting, and mutlti-screen instructor setups.

Plus, we have our own in-house technical support, which means that in the unlikely event of any issues occurring, we’re able to get them quickly sorted out.

So, all in all, we think we’re pretty well placed to provide the kind of high quality online training experience that you’re looking for.
