Overview

Retaining your best employees is not always about offering more money – there are many factors that could influence someone’s decision to leave a job. In this workshop, we discuss how to move away from ‘The Great Resignation’ and instead look at ‘The Great Retention’, exploring ways to keep your talent engaged and firmly on the payroll.
You’ll discover the very basics that employers need to get right when it comes to employee satisfaction, including generational differences, communication techniques including Stay Interviews and surveys, and ways to leverage your organisation’s EVP.
After this workshop, you will have more of an understanding of why people are leaving your business and pick up some ideas for retention strategies that work.
