Annie and Tayla visited our offices this week for the second run of our Management Development Programme that they have developed for FPCR. We found them to be excellent in their delivery of the training, and very knowledgeable. All of our staff members enjoyed the training and looking to put our new tools into practice.

I had the pleasure to attend training delivered by Annie. The delivery has been superb and the trainer’s practical knowledge makes this learning something I can take away and start applying in my daily job.
The course has been interactive and inclusive, allowing neurodivergent people like myself feel welcomed and at ease, making the learning experience enjoyable, not endurable. The materials have been based on the needs of my organisation and provide great support to my managerial role.

The training was a mixture of learning material, case studies and example activities.

What an amazing course. This course provided me with practical working material and structures which are useful way beyond conflict management.
The trainer was engaging and responsive and straight to the point. Clearly knowledgeable she was able to respond to scenarios and guide us on the use of the material.

Although having been a manager for many years there is always more you can learn. Also, provides an opportunity to reflect on your own practice and validate you are ‘doing a good job’!. This course did exactly that.

Very easy during virtual training to be distracted with other work, particularly with the camera off!
