Testimonials

Great!

Excellent subject matter, presented and delivered wonderfully. Sensitive subject (due to wider societal issues) but material was delivered well with good supporting examples and material. Prompted a lot of thoughts and discussions which I believe it a good thing – raises awareness and conscious level. I am a fan of this training! Thank you.

Very interesting and helpful

I found this course to be incredibly valuable in highlighting the significance of knowledge. The content was both engaging and informative, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Sarah, our instructor, was delightful and effectively communicated complex concepts. I am eager to take more courses offered here in the future.

The training was brilliant

The training was brilliant – took away a lot of information. Tell Sarah she scored 5 star all areas – polite, professional, knowledgeable and I wouldn’t change a thing

Great learning experience, packed with practical applications

What an amazing course. This course provided me with practical working material and structures which are useful way beyond conflict management.
The trainer was engaging and responsive and straight to the point. Clearly knowledgeable she was able to respond to scenarios and guide us on the use of the material.
I have since utilised these methods and they really work.

Useful course

This was a useful course covering some well known and less well known issues in discrimination. It’s interesting to see the views on the differences between banter, bullying and harassment. This is a massive subject, quite contentious in many ways and open to much debate but the course aims to set the ground rules and increase awareness in the workplace.
