Throughout my training career (which now spans more than 20 years!) I’ve always been chasing the same dream: to feed my passion for helping others. I aim to bring a vibrancy and exuberance no matter what my role is – from small, family run businesses to multi-national corporations, my experience covers a whole host of sectors and sizes.
Sarah Loates
I’m a chartered HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Over my career I’ve provided HR advice, support, and leadership to a wide range of sectors and business types, ranging from family-owned micro-businesses to major multinationals. I’m also an experienced trainer, having delivered, amongst other things, the HR industry’s professional qualification for a number of years. And, as you might have guessed, I’m the founding director of Loates HR Consultancy and Loates Management Training!
Tayla Myles
After beginning my career in early education, I wanted to diversify and explore the world of corporate training – and I haven’t looked back since! I’m passionate about providing people with an opportunity for continuous learning and making a positive difference to the lives and careers of others.
