Testimonials
Great learning experience, packed with practical applications
What an amazing course. This course provided me with practical working material and structures which are useful way beyond conflict management.
The trainer was engaging and responsive and straight to the point. Clearly knowledgeable she was able to respond to scenarios and guide us on the use of the material.
I have since utilised these methods and they really work.

Informative and interesting course
Sarah provided training to a group of line managers in our business with the aim of giving them more confidence in dealing with everyday situations which they come up against. Sarah delivered the training in an informative and interesting way and engaged the managers which made the day go by in a flash. Sarah was also very flexible with timings in order to accommodate the different shifts. I would recommend Loates Management Training to any business.

Engaging delivery
Sarah delivered the session via a blended approach, with a healthy mix of PPT, break out exercises and Mentimeter voting. The session was tailored to Pennine Healthcare’s needs, time management was excellent and Sarah’s professional knowledge shone through.
I’m very happy to recommend Loates Training. (The continuous flow of chocolate was an added bonus).
Thank you

Great!
Excellent subject matter, presented and delivered wonderfully. Sensitive subject (due to wider societal issues) but material was delivered well with good supporting examples and material. Prompted a lot of thoughts and discussions which I believe it a good thing – raises awareness and conscious level. I am a fan of this training! Thank you.
