Over my career I’ve provided HR advice, support, and leadership to a wide range of sectors and business types, ranging from family-owned micro-businesses to major multinationals. I’m also an experienced trainer, having delivered, amongst other things, the HR industry’s professional qualification for a number of years. And, as you might have guessed, I’m the founding director of Loates HR Consultancy and Loates Management Training!
