Testimonials

An eye opening but great course and a huge support throughout from both Annie and Mandy

Annie was lovely throughout the course. Mandy the lady that joined her on course was also great – both very knowledgeable on subject and full of empathy for offers of experiences within the training session.

Can’t wait to complete more courses through Loates – thanks again.

Very good

I found the training very good. it covered the subjects well, and gave a lot of information. Annie was friendly and included everyone quite naturally.
I sat at the end of the table, and was impressed with how she kept turning to make sure I was included too. There was just the right amount of eye contact with everyone.
Annie kept making sure everyone was okay, and gave permission to take ‘time out’ if needed.
I enjoyed it.

On another note, the buffet was well above average, really enjoyable, with plenty of snacks and time for drinks. This added something extra to my expectation.

Keep doing what you are doing Annie!

Would Highly Recommend!

I attended a Mental Health First Aid course with Annie. We were fortunate enough to only have six of us on the course, which really helped with the course dynamics. Annie was a brilliant trainer, very personable and bubby and very skilled at facilitating the group discussions to ensure everybody participated. The course was well organised and all the communications received pre and post the training have been informative and sent in a timely manner. This was my first experience with Loates Training and it was a really positive one – I will definitely be using them again!

Essential and well delivered training

This training is essential for managers and employees who need to have a clear understanding of Mental health and practical structured ways to support their team.
Mental Health First Aid does exactly that.
I really benefited from Annie’s open-ness and professional knowledge coupled with the group discussions and learning gained from other candidates in different industries was extremely valuable.
It has really helped me identify new ways of working and supporting the health of my team. This course, just like physical first aid gives clear guidance on immediate support that can be applied in a multitude of scenarios.
I would recommend this training for at least one person in every workplace.
