Fantastic course

I found the course very interactive and there was a real open forum for discussion with clear ‘learning points’ throughout. The team felt energised from the session which enables us to come us with some realistic action points from the sessions. Fantastic course, what I found most impressive what how it felt like the session was being run by someone who really understood the organisation.
