Online HR Training

We regularly run public open online courses covering popular HR and employment law topics. This means that you can train staff as and when the need arises, delivering immediate benefit to your business, rather than having to wait until enough people require training to warrant a course specifically for your company. These courses are also ideal for smaller companies that may only need one or two people training. Since course delegates will be from a number of different businesses, this also has the added benefit of allowing networking, discussion of the practical needs of different sectors, and sharing of best practices.

We can also provide you with combined packages of training plus follow-up support from Loates HR Consultancy, to help course delegates put what they've learnt into practice. Likewise, we can also provide ongoing one-to-one HR mentoring. Once again, this is particularly beneficial for smaller companies that may have limited in-house support available.

We can also deliver any these off-the-shelf courses on-demand should you like us to run a session reserved entirely for your company. For such dedicated sessions we offer flexible delivery scheduling, minor content customisation, and discounted delegate rates. Alternatively we can combine content from our courses to create a hybrid course, or design an entirely bespoke course to suit the specific needs of your company. We can also provide programmes of multiple courses at a discounted rate.
