This means employers need to consider not only harassment by colleagues\, but also harassment by customers\, clients\, suppliers\, contractors\, service users\, visitors- basically\, anyone your team members come into contact with during the course of their employment. \n\n\n\nThis practical online course helps SMEs understand their responsibilities for preventing workplace harassment\, sexual harassment and third-party harassment\, whilst supporting compliance with current and new employment legislation.
