Dealing with people or situations can be the most challenging aspect owners and managers have to handle. Often these are put in the ‘too hard to do pile’ and managers may put off the conversations they know they need to have.
The event will be split into two sessions, covering both tools & techniques and practical application, each presented by a training specialist in that area.

This sessions explores why some conversations are difficult to have, the types of difficult people and situations, and provides tools and techniques to change our thinking.
This session provides practical tips on how to get to the point when having difficult conversations.
