Overview
As a business owner or manager you have a legal responsibility to ensure the health and safety of your teams. This means not only slips, trips and falls but also from mental ill health and stress. Stress can affect your team differently – what stresses one person may not affect another.
According to the Health and Safety Executive there are six main areas at work that can effect stress levels. This session will explore those areas and other causes of stress and look at ways to manage stress levels at work whilst providing support to your team.

- Spot the signs and symptoms of stress
- Take steps to reduce stress within your area of responsiblity

Format
As this session is a webinar, delegate mics and cameras will be off so you can rest assured, we won’t see you in your ‘comfy’ hoodie working from home or hear your colleague in the background! However, to get the best experience we kindly ask that delegates;
- Join the session on time and stay until the end
- Join on a laptop, computer, or tablet with a big enough screen to see content on slides
- Have a notepad and pen to note down those ‘aha’ moments and ideas
- Use the chat function to introduce themselves and interact with the content
