Excellent Course

Loates Management Training have fantastic offices in Darley Abbey Mills, which were perfect for holding the training course.

I attended the 2 day Mental Health First Aider training ran by Annie. There was excellent communication and information leading up to the course. The course itself was very interesting and informative with lots of interactive opportunities over the 2 days. A Good Day’s Training!

Loates Management Training were approached to provide 2 in-house half day training courses on ‘Recruitment & Selection’ to staff and trustees involved in this practice. Throughout all correspondence, Sarah has been very professional, helpful and took time to understand what we as an organisation required and what we are about.

The training itself, was relevant to us as an organisation, highlighted best practice and current law and used a mixture of presentation and interactive sessions to assist our learning. It was very well received by all involved, was informative and challenged all to think about the practices we use. It was also a lot of fun!
